i think he said Nixon belongs to the Usa and Salvador belongs to Chile,that Nixon should respect Salvador,so Salvador will respect Nixon,that they are supposed to understand the autodetermination of the people and if Nixon,attack Chile they will be well corresponded by the people and his leader.
